D1 FAQs

D1 — Calculators and Advisory

Do I need to own Bitcoin to use Denomly?

No. Denomly simply adds a variety of accounting lenses so you can measure your data against fixed-supply assets. Both gold and Bitcoin are options to use as denominators for illustrative purposes.

Is this financial advice?

No. Gold and bitcoin are commodities, not securities. We don't custody assets, execute trades, or manage money. We offer a measurement framework and help you think through business strategy. Our tools are built on real data to track differences between dollars and fixed-supply assets. They do not include future projections.

What's the difference between the sample calculators and the paid advisory?

The calculators show you the shape of the problem using your own figures. The advisory is where we work out what, if anything, you should do about it — which depends on your balance sheet, your partners, and your business strategy.

Who is the $500 Clarity Session for?

An owner who has run the calculators, found the result uncomfortable, and wants ninety minutes to discuss their real numbers before deciding whether to move forward with further strategic consultation. Or a CRO, CFO or CPO who sees these calculators and wants to discuss their revenue, treasury, and/or compensation strategy.

What do I get from the $4,500 Blueprint?

Three sessions and a custom analysis deck for your business, covering revenue, treasury, and compensation. The report includes detailed written recommendations you can take to a partner or a board.

Who should use the Bitcoin Adoption Advisory retainer?

Owner-operators and executives who are trailblazers in their organization. Leaders who need support explaining strategy and concepts to their stakeholders, with added resources and experts joining key meetings. This is a more robust ongoing advisory package, with exact details aligned for each business.

What if the people around me are skeptical of Bitcoin?

They should be. All financial information should be verified and proven with hard evidence, and with Bitcoin, there are challenging technical and economic concepts to grasp. Our job is to present the right proof to answer your questions and encourage you to ask more. We will also be clear about what the analysis does and doesn't show.

Can I do the compensation work without touching the treasury?

Yes, and plenty of companies should take this approach. A vesting bonus is a retention mechanism. It doesn't require a treasury policy and still offers long-term benefits to businesses.

I'm skeptical of bitcoin. Should I book?

If you're skeptical about the asset, yes. If you're skeptical that the dollar has lost purchasing power, no — run the calculators first, and if the chart doesn't move you, we'd be arguing rather than working. Toggle to gold as the denominator and see if you are still skeptical.

D2 FAQs

D2 — Your Data, Your Dashboard

What is D2?

Your CRM connected to a private executive dashboard with your actual data. This is different from the public D1 website: it holds your company data, so the dashboards represent your numbers.

What does the first year actually cost?

Setup from $50,000 plus support from $5,000 a month is $110,000 in year one at the entry ballpark. We'd rather you see that number now than discover it in month four after numerous meetings.

How do I get started?

Every build starts with the $3,500 Diagnostic. Two to three weeks is a typical timeline. The fee is credited in full when you proceed.

What if the Diagnostic says don't build?

Then we say so, you keep the report, and we part on good terms. You'll have spent $3,500 to avoid spending over $50,000 on the wrong thing, which is the whole point of running it.

Which CRMs do you connect to?

Denomly can connect to your current CRM, whether that is HubSpot, Salesforce, or others. If your system of record is spreadsheet based, please let us know on the call, as this changes the scope of the project.

How long does D2 take to set up?

Deliverables can be completed in as little as one month. For example, connecting to your existing CRM, connecting data via APIs, and a private version of Denomly with custom dashboards on your own data could be delivered in under four weeks.

Do I still pay for my existing CRM licenses?

Yes, if you keep your contract with your current CRM provider, for example because you still need its data. We can scope together what is needed based on your business's circumstances, then guide a total cost of ownership analysis based on our findings.

Where does my data live and who can see it?

Your deployment sits in its own security perimeter, your data stays yours, and access remains behind your own logins. It isn't pooled with other customers.

Do I need to hire someone to run D2?

No. Support covers technical administration, data and security on one side, and customer success with embedded advisory on the other.

D3 FAQs

D3 — Denomly, As Your Platform

How is D3 different from D2?

D2 is a dashboard for the people who run the company. D3 is a licensed deployment of the AI Operating System for everyone in it — company-wide logins, single sign-on, native iOS and Android apps.

What does year one cost?

From $75,000 plus $10,000 a month is $195,000 at the entry ballpark.

When should I choose D3 over D2?

When the work you want automated is happening across the whole team rather than in the leadership view — follow-up, reporting, routing, the daily workflow. In the Diagnostic our team will help your company choose the right starting point.

Am I too small for D3?

We set pricing expectations transparently. Denomly does not limit customers based on the size of the company. We partner with you to understand the solution and the value it provides. Every company is different, so we provide options and choices.

What do the AI agents actually do without being asked?

AI agents augment your team on follow-up, reporting, routing and daily workflow, so people in your company spend their time on judgment. The scope of what runs will be diagnosed and the process aligned with your company strategy. Safeguards and permissions are built in.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

This is a common question and concern about emerging technology, including AI agents. Our best practice is to have a “human in the loop” built into our process, so that a person at your company makes the final approvals and judgments for anything important. We will go over this with your team during onboarding to ensure nothing critical is automated.

My team resisted the last system we bought. Why is this different?

It might not be. Adoption failure is usually the real reason these projects die, which is why the Diagnostic interviews your team rather than just your systems. If the Diagnostic finds the appetite isn't there, that goes in the report. Note that D2 can be used for leadership dashboards and executive insights.

Do we own it or license it — and what happens if Denomly goes away?

If we part ways for any reason, all data, IP, and code is yours. While we don't want this to be the case, there is no vendor lock-in, and we would provide your company with handoff documentation. Our customer success team prides itself on an excellent user experience on both adoption and value metrics.

Who actually builds the AI Operating System?

Denomly has the option to build and provide all support on one contract. If technical requirements need more than one partner to fulfill the scope, the client may have more than one relationship for their solution. We believe the fewer contracts the better, while giving the customer optionality for the best solution.

Can I pay in Bitcoin?

Yes. And if you don't know how, we'll teach you. Denomly can quote projects in bitcoin terms to lock in the price despite fiat volatility.

Can I really build a fully supported AI Operating System for the price of one Bitcoin?

Yes. Reach out for details, and the scope and price of your solution can be quoted in bitcoin terms.
